Sr. Account Technology Strategist - Public Sector

As a Sr. Account Technology Strategist in the Public Sector at Microsoft, you will synthesize business insights and orchestrate global teams to deliver innovative technology solutions. Acting as a "virtual Chief Technical Officer," you will provide thought leadership and leverage deep expertise in Microsoft solutions, aligning them with customer needs.

Your responsibilities will include formulating technology strategies, driving digital transformation, creating technical roadmaps, and mapping customer business objectives to Microsoft technologies. You will lead customer engagements, present opportunities, and develop demand generation strategies. Regular industry briefings to customer technology senior decision-makers will be part of your role to ensure alignment with market trends and technology advancements.

You will also be involved in establishing best practices for account planning, coordinating complex account teams, and coaching peers on opportunity initiation. As a trusted advisor, you’ll leverage your understanding of the technology landscape, customer industry, and Microsoft's offerings to provide tailored solutions that drive business value and enhance customer transformation initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years of technical consulting, consultative selling, or business consulting experience
• Experience in digital transformation or using technology to achieve business outcomes is highly desired
• Additional experience in a relevant customer industry is preferred
