The role involves engaging with customer executives to identify pain points and opportunities, translating these into actionable solutions leveraging the ServiceNow platform. The architect will lead and participate in workshops, best practice overviews, and educational sessions for customers and partners.
Responsibilities
- Engage with executives to deliver value through solutions from ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to showcase the potential of the Now platform.
- Lead architecture and design engagements that meet the needs of strategic customers, covering IT Transformation, Digital Products/Services, and more.
- Understand customer business strategies and articulate how ServiceNow can deliver value.
- Maintain relationships throughout the customer journey, interacting with various levels in customer accounts.
- Provide thought leadership by contributing to best practices, white papers, and workshops.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience influencing senior technology leaders in pre-sales or customer-focused roles.
- Proven success in integrating AI into work processes and decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking ability.
- Experience with Human Centered Design techniques to explore current realities and envision future solutions.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture frameworks like TOGAF, Zachman, and others.
- Excellent understanding of cloud-based platform architectures, including SaaS and PaaS.
Language Requirements
- Proficiency in English is required.
