As a member of the Solution Consulting team, the Sr Advisory Solution Consultant will play a crucial role in supporting Solution Sales, particularly in the Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, and ITX sectors. This position involves guiding revenue for specific products in collaboration with Sales, Product Management, and the executive team. The role is hands-on and requires a technical consultant capable of solution delivery and positioning during sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, position, and provide product-specific solutions during sales cycles, while achieving quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Support product sales as a domain expert within the client-facing sales team across various industry markets.
  • Lead discovery workshops to understand customer challenges and demonstrate product alignment with customer needs.
  • Develop strong relationships with client partners and guide strategic programs in top accounts.
  • Provide feedback on product enhancement opportunities to Product Management.
  • Share best practices and re-usable assets to enhance team efficiency.
  • Stay updated on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
  • Support various marketing events such as executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
  • Proficiency with the company platform or technical expertise in cloud software solutions.
  • Experience in leveraging AI in work processes and decision-making.
  • Strong collaboration skills with product management, marketing, partners, and professional services.
  • Territory management skills including pipeline building.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
