Position

Provide expertise for IT infrastructure (e.g., servers, network), application infrastructure (e.g., SAP), and related services (e.g., Business Continuity) throughout the lifecycle of a deal in accordance with contractually established terms and conditions and established technical standards. The role requires monitoring service delivery compliance to budget, quality standards, and customer/internal business requirements. You will manage the technical/service relationship between the company and the customer, as well as subcontractors/vendors. The position may include working closely with key customers and representatives to retain customers and grow the business.

Location: Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions: Remote, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply technical knowledge to operate a technology area or customer group with moderate risk/complexity.
  • Resolve most technical incidents independently and collaborate with team members for more complex issues.
  • Proactively manage incidents and coordinate escalations.
  • Independently review and implement changes of moderate complexity to meet infrastructure needs.
  • Ensure Configuration Management Database (CMDB) entries are accurate and complete.
  • Participate in customer and internal projects, potentially leading them within your area of responsibility.
  • Work as part of a virtual, global, and/or multi-functional team.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience, with entry-level or intermediate-level certifications in the field of work.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Understanding of technology in direct responsibility.
  • General understanding of related technologies and customer service.
  • Developing skills in project management, customer/vendor management, and business analysis.

Language Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English is preferred; other language skills may be beneficial depending on the customer base.
