Sr Analyst I IT Operations

As a Sr Analyst I in IT Operations at the company, you will provide expert technical support in infrastructure services, addressing complex issues and inquiries. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the implementation of infrastructure projects, continuously monitoring and troubleshooting infrastructure systems, and collaborating with your team to enhance efficiency and resolve technical challenges. You will also participate in the development of infrastructure documentation, apply deep technical knowledge to solve complex problems, and follow established best practices in service delivery.

Location: Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 5+ years of relevant work experience in the industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role
• Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis
• Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving
• A continuous learner who stays updated with industry knowledge and technology

Other Qualifications:

• An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Relevant certifications, such as Cisco CCNA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or CompTIA Security+, are advantageous
