Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the software development team to design, code, and test software solutions.
- Work with senior team members to meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Participate in design and code reviews.
- Contribute to troubleshooting and problem-solving in software development.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Assist in the development and documentation of software requirements and specifications.
- Debug and resolve complex production issues, collaborating closely with senior engineers and support teams.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices, researching and proposing innovative solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior team members by sharing knowledge and expertise.
- Take ownership of challenging technical tasks and collaborate on architectural decisions.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Typically, 4+ years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role.
- Proficiency in one or more software languages and development methodologies.
- Proficiency in coding and debugging complex software components.
- Familiarity with software development practices and methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to challenging technical tasks.
Other Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in a related field is a plus.
- Relevant certifications or training are advantageous.
