Sr Analyst II Software Engineering

The Sr Analyst II Software Engineering position involves collaborating with the software development team to design, code, and test software solutions, with a focus on developing and maintaining critical components. This role requires active participation in design and code reviews, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and contributing to the development and documentation of software requirements. The successful candidate will debug production issues, mentor junior team members, and stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and best practices. Additionally, taking ownership of challenging technical tasks and collaborating on architectural decisions are key responsibilities.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically, 4+ years of relevant work experience in the industry, with at least 1+ years in a similar role.
• Proficiency in one or more software languages and development methodologies.
• Proficiency in coding and debugging complex software components.
• Familiarity with software development practices and methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to challenging technical tasks.

Other Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in a related field is a plus.
• Relevant certifications or training are a plus.
