The Regional Logistics Team supports all eight MENA countries which talabat operate in to deliver excellent customer experience while operating efficiently. The role of "Sr. Analyst Logistics Operations" is essential within the regional logistics team. The individual will collaborate with all talabat countries to ensure supply efficiency and service levels by analyzing operations, enhancing logistics infrastructure, solving analytical challenges, and implementing solutions. Emphasizing automation and the effective deployment and utilization of Delivery Hero technology and tools is crucial for boosting efficiency in each market.
What's on Your Plate?
- Conducting in-depth analysis of systems and tools, solving analytical challenges, and implementing solutions in various markets.
- Running experiments on intricate systems like dispatching logic and order flows to determine the optimal balance between user experience and logistics efficiency.
- Ensuring the efficient use and deployment of all Delivery Hero technology, tools, and data models across 8 countries.
- Making data-driven decisions on the product roadmap to further improve efficiency and speed.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders such as country teams, central product operations, and data science teams to enhance process and tool effectiveness.
- Enhancing reporting and data visibility for quicker and more effective decision-making across all markets. Adapting to the dynamic and fast-paced nature of talabat operations to consistently provide optimal solutions.

- Key stakeholders: Regional Logistics, Local Logistics, Delivery Hero Product Ops, Talabat Product
What you need to be successful
- Bachelor’s degree. STEM and Economics backgrounds are advantageous.
- 2-5 years of experience in tech start-ups or operational roles is preferred.
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a data-driven and results-oriented mindset.
- Strong written and oral communication skills to convey complex ideas and processes to diverse audiences across multiple markets and teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Slides, and SQL skills are necessary.
- Proficiency in Tableau or similar reporting tools is required.
