The purpose of this role is to support the Global Sales team by connecting and correlating data points from various systems to derive strategic insights. The ideal candidate will be an action-oriented analyst who employs critical thinking and advanced analytical techniques to aid in the development of optimal Sales strategies. You will actively collaborate with the sales and support teams in creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and sales forecasting models.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the development and execution of core sales data, reports, and dashboards.
- Conducting quantitative analyses of data and trends to proactively deliver insights, define goals, and enhance program improvements.
- Implementing solutions to business challenges through data analysis, data mining, optimization tools, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques.
- Creating innovative solutions and dashboards that facilitate operational and exploratory analysis.
- Developing new data models and managing reference data.
- Overseeing the management of sales data system inputs and ensuring data quality.
- Summarizing and visualizing results while highlighting insights and opportunities for sales teams.
Education & Experience
- If possessing a Bachelor's Degree, a minimum of 3 years of working experience is required, preferably in a complex numerate and analytical environment, with experience within the airline industry being advantageous.
- For those with a High School Certification or Diploma, 7 years of experience is necessary.
- Experience in manipulating and analyzing complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from diverse sources to identify patterns and relationships is essential.
- At least 2 years of experience using database querying tools and writing complex queries using Azure, SQL, and/or Microsoft SQL.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire, etc.
