Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of the IMS.
  • Conduct internal audits as per approved audit program.
  • Raise and track Non-Conformities (NCs), Observations, and corrective actions.
  • Verify compliance with quality, environmental, and OH&S requirements.
  • Review risk assessments, environmental aspects, and OH&S hazard controls.
  • Support investigation of incidents, customer complaints, and operational NCs.
  • Maintain IMS document control (versioning, approvals, master lists).
  • Support KPI monitoring and data reporting for Management Review.
  • Assist during external certification and surveillance audits.
  • Provide IMS awareness and guidance to departments.
  • Issue Internal Audit Reports and NCs.
  • Request corrective actions from process owners.
  • Access IMS-related records and documentation.
  • Escalate compliance risks to the Quality Control Specialist.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management (or equivalent).
  • Internal Auditor Certification ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 17025.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Quality/IMS environment.
  • Experience conducting internal audits.
  • Good understanding of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001).
  • Attention to detail and document management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Audit preparation and execution.
  • Technical writing/editing.
  • Proficient in using and understanding digital platforms.
