Sr. Business Analyst

We are seeking a passionate and innovative Sr. Business Analyst to play a critical role in helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions: Hybrid, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Support high-impact initiatives and propose best technology improvements.
• Work with different vendors, customers, and partners to ensure best practices in driving integration projects from inception to end.
• Ensure compliance with regulations throughout the lifecycle of integration and post-implementation.
• Configure and schedule integrations as needed.
• Participate in project kick-off meetings and record the status/progress of projects in Jira and Salesforce.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 8+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a must.
• Excellent communication skills with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely through technical specifications.
• Strong management skills, leadership capabilities, self-motivated, and highly organized with the ability to perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision.
