Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the operational scaling of data products, ensuring robustness, performance, and readiness for wider adoption across business units.
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of data operations processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and accuracy.
- Develop, maintain, and scale internal tools that support data workflows, AI enablement, and cross-team collaboration.
- Execute strategic data initiatives to align with business goals and deliver measurable impact.
- Design, document, and evolve core data processes to support operational excellence.
- Optimize tools for data ingestion, transformation, storage, and observability to enable seamless data accessibility and reliability.
- Identify and resolve complex data workflow issues, collaborating with engineering, analytics, and product teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, business operations, consulting, product, product operations, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects and teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deal with ambiguity.
- Strong team player with a proactive mentality and a desire to make an impact.
- Strong English skills in both written and verbal communication.
- Strong SQL skills and a good understanding of data science definitions and terms.
