About the Role
As a Senior Designer, you will engage in all conventional aspects of the functional area subject matter under general supervision. You will develop innovative approaches to tackle problems, plan and conduct work requiring independent evaluation, selection, and adaptation of engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria. You will work on tasks that involve conventional engineering practices which may include complex features such as conflicting design requirements, inappropriate materials, and challenging coordination needs. This position is key in providing technical guidance to designers and less experienced engineers. Your work will indirectly influence cost containment, efficiency, profitability, and operations.

Requirements
- An undergraduate degree in Engineering
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, with average experience spanning from 6 to 10 years

- Excellent problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Effective communication skills to convey technical information
