At the company, we are building the future of crypto. Our team, united by a mission to accelerate global adoption of cryptocurrency, is looking for a Senior Designer, specializing in Data Experimentation & AI. This role is key to how we build, evaluate, and scale our products. As a highly autonomous individual contributor, you will focus on experimentation and continuous improvement, taking ownership of complex design challenges at the intersection of data, experimentation, and machine intelligence.
You will drive measurable improvements in key customer and business metrics through design-led experimentation, collaborate with data, product, and engineering teams to define hypotheses and success metrics, and design customer-facing experiences based on insights. This role emphasizes high standards in user experience (UX), accessibility, and brand consistency, along with a commitment to transparency and quality in design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive measurable improvements in customer and business metrics (e.g., conversion, activation, retention) through design-led experimentation.
- Run design experiments in collaboration with cross-functional teams, defining clear metrics and evaluation frameworks.
- Design and iterate customer experiences across various platforms based on experimental results.
- Apply AI responsibly to enhance personalization and usability with a focus on user trust and outcomes.
- Own the quality of design and experiment performance while sharing insights that promote effective design practices across teams.
Skills Required:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and iterating customer-facing experiences across web and mobile.
- Strong fundamentals in UX and UI, capable of simplifying complex concepts into clear, usable experiences.
- Experience designing for data-informed products and tools, including dashboards and decision-support systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and advocate for design decisions to various stakeholders.
- Understanding of human-centered design principles, including ethical considerations in AI-driven products.
