About the Role
As a Senior Designer, you will be responsible for executing all conventional aspects of the functional area subject matter under general supervision. You will devise new approaches to the problems encountered, and plan, schedule, and conduct work that requires sound judgment in the independent evaluation, selection, and adaptation of engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria. This position involves dealing with conventional engineering practices while addressing complex features such as conflicting design requirements, the unsuitability of conventional materials, and challenging coordination requirements. You will also provide technical guidance to designers and less experienced engineers.

Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of 4 years of related experience; average experience typically ranges from 6-10 years.
- Strong judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to deal with complex design requirements and materials.
- Experience in providing direction and technical guidance to less experienced team members.
