Sr. Designer –Pipeline

About the Role
In this position, you will apply advanced engineering techniques under general supervision. You will independently make decisions on engineering problems and methods, representing the organization in conferences to address significant questions or negotiate with key engineers and officials from other organizations. You will also provide technical guidance to designers and less experienced engineers, making your expertise crucial and highly relied upon by associates and others for scientific interpretations and advice.

Responsibilities

• Represent the organization in important conferences and negotiations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to design staff and junior engineers.

Requirements

• An undergraduate degree in Engineering.
• A minimum of 7 years of related experience, with average experience typically ranging from 10+ years.
• Ability to make independent, informed decisions on engineering problems.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for effective conference representation.

Contract
