Sr Director Analyst - IT Strategy & Transformation

As a Senior Director Analyst at the company, you will be a key figure in the Business and Technology Insights (BTI) group. Your role encompasses establishing credibility in the IT strategy and transformation sector at local, regional, and global levels. You will leverage exceptional research and analytical skills to produce insights that can help leading organizations achieve their objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative and thought-provoking content on market trends and best practices.
• Create actionable insights and strategies tailored to client needs.
• Conduct in-depth analysis to identify barriers and drive strategic initiatives.
• Engage with clients through presentations, meetings, and conferences to provide high-value insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with teams to support sales initiatives and content creation.
• Mentor junior analysts and facilitate their professional growth.
• Participate in research discussions, driving innovation within the Insights community.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred.
• Over 12 years of relevant field experience, ideally within IT strategy and transformation.
• Proven leadership experience, particularly as a Chief Information Officer (CIO) or equivalent.
• Expertise in areas like AI, digital transformation, and change management.
• Strong understanding of the regulatory landscape across the GCC, India, Europe, and Asia.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in engaging executive audiences.
• Proficiency in synthesizing complex data into actionable strategies.

Language Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal proficiency in English.

Travel Requirement:

• Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
