Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time
Salary Range: $20K/hr - $26K/hr
Location: Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates
Experience Required: 4 – 6 years
Education: Bachelor’s degree from an academic institution recognized in the United Arab Emirates
Industry: Information Technology (IT Services)
Language Requirements: English

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT services to end users according to the company's IT standards.
  • Implement services at the required quality and timing to ensure high user satisfaction.
  • Conduct periodic maintenance of computers and devices and identify development needs.
  • Install/reinstall devices and maintain applications on personal computers while providing continuous technical support.
  • Communicate user instructions for personal computers and printers within the company.
  • Address breakdown reports, repair and maintain devices, solve technical issues, and prepare maintenance reports.
  • Safeguard devices against viruses and protect data integrity.
  • Extend local networks and adjust specifications in the main network system.
  • Prepare evaluation reports on user performance and application usage for review.
  • Coordinate IT service provisioning for new employees and conduct training on device usage.
  • Manage desktop assets, update documentation, and maintain records regularly.
  • Develop and submit user guides for applications for approval.
  • Implement user training plans on operating systems and applications, supervising training activities and preparing evaluation reports.
  • Collaborate with all organizational units to ensure smooth operations.
  • Adhere to the company's health, safety, and environmental policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect business information.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by the direct manager.
