Functional Responsibilities
Demand Forecasting and Analysis:
- Prepare detailed demand forecasts based on project schedules, engineering inputs, and historical consumption data.
- Analyze forecast accuracy and adjust plans to reflect changes in project scope or timelines.
Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with project managers, engineering teams, and procurement to validate material and resource requirements.
- Align demand planning activities with project milestones to avoid delays or shortages.
Material Planning and Follow-up:
- Convert demand forecasts into material planning actions and follow up with procurement and warehouse teams.
- Track material availability and escalate potential delays to ensure continuous project progress.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain updated records of demand forecasts, material plans, and actual usage for each project.
- Generate regular reports on forecast accuracy, material readiness, and planning performance.
Process Optimization:
- Identify gaps in the demand planning process and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Support the implementation of planning tools and systems related to project-based forecasting.
Cross-Functional Communication:
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and logistics teams to validate material readiness and planning assumptions.
- Communicate forecast updates, deviations, and risks to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.

Compliance:
- Comply with related policies, procedures, and work instructions.
Health, Safety and Environment:
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined work activity areas to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and the delivery of high-quality products/services.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
Experience
- 6 to 10 years of relevant experience.
