Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain DNS, DHCP, and AAA Radius systems, ensuring continuous availability of services.
- Manage and administer Linux systems OS and packages, including updates and network configuration.
- Continuously monitor all services and systems managed by the ISO team.
- Automate routine tasks and report generation.
- Provide support to other sections for issues related to DNS, DHCP, and AAA.
- Collaborate with planning to deploy and upgrade systems.
- Implement changes during change windows while considering service continuity.
- Provide on-call support as needed outside of office hours.
- Integrate ISO managed systems with network assurance and monitoring systems.
- Ensure services respond according to agreed SLAs and achieve all requested KPIs.
- Work with security teams to address raised vulnerabilities and integrate ISO systems with SIEM systems.
- Collaborate with the Big Data team to ensure DNS and Alepo latest CDR files are shipped to their systems.
- Review high-level and low-level design documents to ensure high availability and redundancy.
- Participate in end-to-end testing for all new changes, migrations, and systems.
- Implement regular backup and disaster recovery planning for ISO services configurations and data to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Computer, or related Engineering field.
- 5 years of experience in operating Linux systems and applications with an Operator/Vendor.
