As a BeXT Sr. HR Partner, no two days look the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities: consulting, coaching, and developing leadership through decision-making with empathy and high judgement; collaborating on talent management processes, people development, performance management, compensation, and employee relations issues; fostering and role modeling an environment of inclusion for all Builders; advocating for Builders’ needs through end-to-end experiences; exercising high judgement, managing through ambiguity, and serving as the first point of escalation for other HR teammates and Builder concerns; supporting Builder queries and situations with discretion and expertise while navigating company Policies; actively promoting adoption of technology and self-service; collaborating and influencing multiple levels of the organization; conducting complex workplace investigations; and understanding business goals to design and implement new approaches for continual improvements within the business and the HR team.
