As a BeXT Sr. HR Partner, no two days look the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities:

  • Consult, coach, and develop leadership through decision-making with empathy and high judgment, collaborating on talent management processes, people development, performance management, compensation, and employee relations issues.
  • Foster and role model an environment of inclusion for all Builders.
  • Advocate for Builders’ needs through end-to-end experiences that help them feel fully engaged in their work and valued for who they are.
  • Exercise high judgment, manage through ambiguity, and serve as the first point of escalation for HR teammates and Builder concerns.
  • Support Builder queries and situations with discretion and expertise, navigating the company Policies and applying high judgment as necessary.
  • Actively promote the adoption of technology and self-service within HR processes.
  • Collaborate and influence across multiple levels of the organization, ranging from Builders to senior leaders and other HR professionals.
  • Conduct complex workplace investigations with significant autonomy.
  • Understand business goals and design and implement new approaches or procedures to effect continual improvements within the business and the HR team.
