Key responsibilities include:

Strong skills in system monitoring and incident management using monitoring platforms.
Familiarity with ITIL best practices for efficient service management.
Hands-on experience with content management systems (CMS) for content management and updates.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Assisting users with Salesforce-related queries and troubleshooting integration-related issues.
Knowledge of data import/export tools such as Data Loader and Data Import Wizard to troubleshoot and resolve data issues.
