As part of the company IT team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by tackling complex hardware, software, server, and infrastructure issues. You will report directly to the IT Manager and work closely with colleagues and remote support teams to maintain critical infrastructure components and provide daily support that meets the evolving needs of our operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing and maintaining IT infrastructure and ensuring that all IT equipment and systems function at peak performance.
- Serving as an escalation point for IT Support Technicians and remote teams while interfacing confidently with management across various business sectors.
- Managing and supporting projects that enhance site technology infrastructure, ensuring that you meet departmental KPIs and SLAs.
- Conducting technical infrastructure audits and collaborating with global SME teams for installation and maintenance tasks.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or equivalent.
- Experience with networking technology (TCP/IP, subnetting, DNS, and DHCP).
- Familiarity with Windows server technologies (Active Directory, DFS, Print Services, and SCCM).
- Experience in technical support and operating systems (Windows, Mac, and/or Linux) in a corporate environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a Windows server environment.
- Experience with video conference and teleconference equipment.
