We are seeking a visionary Senior Manager, Engineering to lead our cutting-edge engineering squads developing AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of machine learning, natural language processing, large language models (LLM), and Agentic AI along with experience in deploying scalable solutions, with a solid grasp of backend and front-end technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of highly skilled engineers, including front-end, back-end, and ML engineers.
- Drive the development of solutions leveraging next-generation AI and LLM technologies.
- Collaborate with customers to deploy these solutions onto their tech stack and steer technical discussions.
- Define and implement best practices for AI model development and deployment.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
- Stay abreast of the latest AI research, engineering practices, and industry trends.
- Contribute to the company's AI strategy and roadmap.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and ethical AI development.
Qualifications:
- MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex AI projects.
- Deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
- Hands-on experience with LLM architectures (e.g., Transformer-based models).
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Experience with large-scale distributed computing and ML infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A track record of publications or patents in AI/ML is a plus.
