Job Purpose: The Sr. Manager of Cybersecurity Risk Management is responsible for leading the organization's efforts in identifying, assessing, and mitigating cybersecurity risks. This role includes overseeing vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and risk management processes to protect sensitive data and IT infrastructure. The Sr. Manager will lead a team of security professionals, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide strategic guidance on cybersecurity risk mitigation. The position ensures the organization's systems, networks, and applications remain secure, resilient, and compliant with industry regulations and best practices.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute the organization's cybersecurity risk management strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards.
  • Lead the overall vulnerability assessment program, including scope, tools, and methodologies.
  • Design, implement, and manage the penetration testing program.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (e.g., NCA, SAMA CSF, PCI-DSS) and industry best practices.
  • Recruit, develop, and manage the cybersecurity assurance team.
  • Foster cross-departmental collaboration between security, IT, development, and compliance teams.

Qualifications:

  • 4-8 years of experience in cybersecurity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
  • Certifications: CISA, CRISC, CISSP, GIAC, ITIL v4, Cloud Security certifications.
  • Experience in information security and application security controls.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as PCI-DSS, NCA, and SAMA Cyber Security Framework.
  • Familiarity with risk assessment frameworks such as SAMA, OCTAVE, COBIT, ISO 27005, and NIST 800-30.
