About the opportunity
The Sr. Manager of People Operations is responsible for HR-related duties and providing support to a specific Business Group. This role involves ensuring that all employees adhere to the company's policies and procedures while maintaining the company culture. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company values, culture, and business strategy.
- Evolving the employee experience by facilitating processes and developing new programs like onboarding and enhancing the employee journey.
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or violations.
- Managing and controlling manpower plans and supporting the hiring process.
- Supporting business needs through the development, engagement, and motivation of employees.
- Nurturing a positive working environment and promoting interactive communication.
- Maintaining and monitoring HR systems, data, and procedures.
- Implementing and managing a performance appraisal cycle to drive high performance.
- Monitoring and reporting on workforce and succession planning.
- Maintaining reward plans and benefits programs.
- Assessing training needs to apply and monitor development programs.
- Managing reporting and analytics for better decision-making.
- Supporting planning and budgeting while ensuring legal compliance in human resource management.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR with previous managerial experience
- Professional knowledge and experience in talent management
- Knowledge of various industries, preferably in service companies
- Good understanding of labor laws and legal compliance
