Position

As a Sr. Manager People & Culture business partner, this role focuses on partnering closely with stakeholders to support their organizational needs. The position has both operational and creative aspects, requiring flexibility, creativity, and resourcefulness. You'll have the autonomy to drive initiatives and collaborate with COO - 1 leaders across five key regional functions: Sales, Logistics, Food Services, CX/Ops excellence, and Marketing.

What's On Your Plate?

  • Partner with the COO organization to oversee regional functions and enhance end-to-end people experiences through strong business acumen and data-driven insight.
  • Monitor functional-level health using tools such as Peakon, Power BI, and Tableau to identify risks and propose solutions relating to mindset, culture, performance, and environment in each market.
  • Analyze acquisition and retention metrics to perform root cause analyses and co-create solutions.
  • Collaborate with leads and rewards teams to establish cases for pay band and benefits redesign based on market dynamics.
  • Work closely with function leads to ensure the organization's values are embodied in all aspects of hiring and performance management.
  • Identify experience gaps and collaborate with stakeholders to bridge them.
  • Develop change management strategies in partnership with function heads, influencing continuous improvement.
  • Identify long-term talent shortages and collaborate with leaders on critical hiring needs aligned with business priorities.
  • Support Talent Development initiatives, including Leadership Development Plan and Succession Planning.
  • Mentor function heads through challenges and guide performance management processes.
  • Align People & Culture OKRs with the function's vision and country objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Naturally organized with strong planning capabilities
  • High levels of ownership, passion, and drive to deliver strategic initiatives
