Sr. Manager - Projects Management

The Senior Manager: Projects – Strategy Alignment is responsible for aligning strategic objectives with project execution across the company Commercial portfolio. This role involves driving strategic planning, portfolio reporting, governance, process optimization, stakeholder engagement, and project performance management to support informed decision-making and value delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Project Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
• Postgraduate qualification and/or PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is advantageous
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in project management, PMO, strategy, governance, or business performance environments
• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Proven experience in project governance, executive reporting, stakeholder management, and process improvement
• Experience with enterprise systems and automation tools such as SAP, Microsoft Project (MSP), Power BI, and related platforms
