About the Role
The Sr. Manager of Resident Product Engineering (RPE – KSA) will lead the Resident Product Engineering organization supporting AMP2 manufacturing operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for ensuring fast, disciplined, and technically rigorous resolution of product-related issues impacting vehicles in production, while serving as the primary engineering interface between Manufacturing, Quality, Supplier Quality, and central Engineering & Software organizations.
The RPE organization operates as an extension of the global Engineering & Software function, embedded at the manufacturing site to own product issue triage, drive root cause analysis, and enable robust corrective actions. This role is critical to production stability, quality performance, and operational execution at AMP2.

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly/non-exempt employees accrue up to 120 hours paid time off, and salaried/exempt employees accrue up to 160 hours paid time off.
