  Job Description

  • Essential Job Functions:
    • Lead and guide a team of solution architects in delivering architectural solutions that meet project requirements and align with organizational standards
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architecture projects are executed efficiently and in line with architectural guidelines
    • Participate in the development and implementation of architectural strategies and standards
    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to architects, fostering their professional growth
    • Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that enhance efficiency and align with business objectives
    • Participate in the resolution of complex architectural issues and roadblocks
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team
    • Ensure clear communication and alignment with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role
  • Years of experience in technology, including technical leadership roles
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills
  • Effective communication and team leadership skills
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated success in implementing cloud solutions in an enterprise environment
  • Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry and technology

• Other Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect)
