About the Job
The Sr. Manager Solution Architecture will lead and guide a team of solution architects in delivering architectural solutions that meet project requirements and align with organizational standards. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure architecture projects are executed efficiently and in line with established architectural guidelines. Additionally, you will participate in the development and implementation of architectural strategies and standards.

Key responsibilities include providing technical guidance and mentorship to architects, fostering their professional growth, and evaluating and recommending technology solutions that enhance efficiency while aligning with business objectives. You will also participate in resolving complex architectural issues and roadblocks, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team. It is essential to ensure clear communication and alignment with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically 8+ years of relevant work experience in the industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
• Effective communication and team leadership skills with proven experience in leading cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated success in implementing cloud solutions in an enterprise environment.
• Continuous learner who stays updated with industry and technology trends.

Other Qualifications

• An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are beneficial.
