Position

The Solutions Consultant Manager is a core member of the company's Emerging Markets Presales Leadership team, responsible for identifying and developing revenue opportunities within the company's customer and prospect base. This role involves analyzing complex customer requirements and delivering a compelling, unique value proposition by leveraging solutions from the company's portfolio, which includes Customer Experience Management, Enterprise Information Management, AI, Analytics & Security.

In collaboration with the Emerging Markets Sales Leadership team, you will define the winning strategic plan for sales in the region. Managing a team of Solution Consultants in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, you will assist customers in visualizing the value proposition, support your team with product and solution demonstrations, and deliver technology and business-level presentations to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the Enterprise Information Management & Digital Experience market and growth opportunities.
  • Build a strategic business plan including unique selling points and winning use cases.
  • Compete and win against other software vendors in our space.
  • Position the benefits of Cloud-based solutions (public Cloud, private Cloud, containerized deployments).
  • Deliver tailored presentations and demonstrations mainly to both business and technical audiences.
  • Utilize experience from case studies, ROI studies, and other assets to create need.
  • Engage in continuous self-learning across different technologies.
  • Understand competitors and their offerings.
  • Articulate and present solutions in the company's portfolio at a high level.
  • Take full responsibility for customer-focused activities and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Manage multiple engagements to ensure timely service to customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and significant experience in Enterprise software with prior leadership experience.
  • Deep knowledge of the industry related to EIM solutions.
  • Proven ability to work in a rapidly changing environment to help the team meet or exceed regional sales targets.
  • Passion for leading a team of Solutions Consultants and the ability to drive results through others.
  • Strong Subject Matter Expertise with business acumen and the ability to manage strategic plans with partner and company executives.
  • Ability to build a winning strategic plan, analyze complex situations, and employ creative decision-making.
  • Knowledge of additional languages is beneficial but not essential.
  • Ability to travel.
