You will lead the preparation of monthly performance reviews and various performance-related reports, utilizing data analyses to gain insights into platform patterns, consumer behavior, marketing performance, and promotions. As a key player in the organization, you will safeguard all dashboards and reporting tools necessary for performance monitoring.
Your role will involve strategic problem-solving, identifying current challenges, and mapping out future opportunities. You will develop business cases to justify initiatives and seek necessary approvals, ensuring the successful execution of special projects across various departments, including commercial, operations, logistics, marketing, finance, and inventory.
Implementing project management governance (preferably using agile methodologies), you'll track action plans and liaise with all stakeholders to guarantee timely delivery and expected outcomes. Additionally, you will define key performance indicators impacted by projects and closely monitor their effectiveness post-launch.
Gathering and analyzing data, you'll support your recommendations and lead workshops to ensure alignment among all parties involved.
Qualifications
To succeed in this position, candidates should have:
- A strategic mindset with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in strategy consulting, P&L management, or similar roles.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working across diverse markets and engaging with senior team members.
- A highly organized approach with over 5 years of project management experience.
- Capability to navigate ambiguity and work independently with confidence.
- Proficiency in utilizing big data for storytelling and presentation.
- A hands-on approach with familiarity in using various analytical tools.
