About the Role
In this position, you will be focusing on Q-Commerce Performance & Analytics, P&L Management, Special Projects & Execution, and Innovation & AI. You will track and analyze Q-commerce performance metrics across all markets and build dashboards that provide real-time visibility into Q-commerce KPIs. You'll also prepare data-driven performance reviews for senior leadership, conduct deep-dive analyses, manage P&L performance, and lead strategic initiatives. Regular travel to markets will be required as you work alongside local teams to develop business cases for new Q-commerce products and drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Q-Commerce Performance & Analytics
- Track and analyze Q-commerce performance metrics across all markets, identifying trends, anomalies, and high-value improvement areas.
- Build and maintain dashboards with the data team that provide real-time visibility into Q-commerce KPIs across the region.
- Prepare data-driven performance reviews for senior leadership, translating complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on specific markets to pinpoint turnaround opportunities, growth levers, and profitability improvements.
P&L Management
- Partner with market teams on Q-commerce budgeting, forecasting, and Best Estimate (BE) cycles.
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities to exceed financial targets across Q-commerce verticals.
- Track P&L performance against targets and surface corrective actions when needed.
Special Projects & Execution
- Lead end-to-end Q-commerce strategic initiatives across markets, from scoping through to delivery.
- Travel regularly to markets to work alongside local teams on turnaround and growth projects.
- Develop business cases for new Q-commerce products and initiatives; drive alignment with leadership and oversee execution.
- Identify cross-functional process improvements that enhance Q-commerce operational efficiency.
Innovation & AI
- Identify and drive AI and automation opportunities within Q-commerce operations.
- Work with regional and market teams to test, scale, and embed new tools and ways of working.
- Actively leverage AI tools to enhance analytical workflows and accelerate execution.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier institution in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in quick-commerce, food delivery, e-commerce, management consulting, or high-growth tech.
- Deep understanding of Q-commerce economics - unit economics, basket size, delivery efficiency, assortment strategy.
- Strong financial acumen - P&L management, financial modeling, budgeting.
- Highly analytical.
- Comfortable operating with senior stakeholders and driving cross-functional alignment.
- Willingness to travel regularly across the MENA region.
- AI fluency - actively uses AI tools to enhance productivity and analytical output.
