Sr. Manager/Platform & Capability

About the Job:
As the Sr. Manager of Platform & Capability at e& UAE, you will be responsible for owning and advancing the esports segment. This includes defining the gaming and esports strategy to align with e& UAE’s long-term vision and managing the P&L to deliver on the esports business case. Your key duties will involve:

• Developing and implementing a go-to-market plan for esports targeting the MENA fan base.
• Collaborating closely with segment teams to optimize operations and promotional efforts.
• Setting and delivering KPIs in partnership with platform providers.
• Driving digital agency efforts and managing communications for ATL & BTL campaigns.
• Planning and executing events while managing the acquisition budgets.
• Building the e& UAE community of esports fans and innovating offerings based on fan preferences and market trends.
• Exploring partnerships with leading gaming publishers to enhance esports propositions.
• Analyzing marketing campaign performance to improve reach and effectiveness.
• Managing relationships with Payment Service Providers and Opcos regarding DCB and bundling.
• Working alongside Digital Entertainment teams to integrate esports into gaming bundles and telecommunications products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering.
• Over 5 years of experience managing esports products and events.
