Duties & Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy and Vision: Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered products and solutions. Align AI product initiatives with business goals, customer needs, and market trends. Identify new opportunities to integrate AI into existing and future product offerings.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the go-to expert for AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and generative AI. Stay updated on the latest AI advancements, tools, and best practices to inform product development.
- Product Management and Delivery: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and design, to develop and launch AI-driven products. Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Oversee the product lifecycle, from concept and development to launch and iteration.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, customers, and partners to understand pain points and opportunities for AI applications. Translate stakeholder needs into actionable product requirements. Communicate progress, risks, and impacts to stakeholders effectively.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze product performance and user feedback to identify improvement areas. Define and track KPIs to measure the success and impact of AI products. Use insights to iterate and enhance product offerings.
- Risk Management and Compliance: Address ethical considerations and risks associated with AI technologies, including data privacy and bias. Ensure compliance with relevant AI regulations and standards.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in product management or as an AI SME, preferably in technology-driven organizations.
