Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Management: Establish and implement strategies to aid Group Governance in delivering its mission and vision while aligning resources with Department strategic objectives.
- Project Oversight: Manage multiple deployment projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines while addressing and resolving deployment challenges.
- People Management: Set key performance indicators for audit teams, model desired behaviors, and cultivate an environment conducive to staff growth and adherence to core values.
- Deliverables Management: Monitor and report on the execution of the audit plan, making necessary adjustments to address emerging risks and concerns.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a team of field deployment specialists, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for deployment activities, developing relationships with clients, vendors, and partners, and managing contracts with service providers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in field deployment, operations, or project management, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale deployment projects across multiple locations.
- Experience in industries such as telecommunications, technology, logistics, or construction.
