Sr. Manager/System Integration

The Sr. Manager/System Integration will lead the System Integration Function and manage the SI team, overseeing system integration initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will manage a team of L1, L2 & L3 engineers, ensuring seamless integration of systems, ICT devices, applications, platforms, and technologies to support business operations and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Management: Establish and implement strategies to aid Group Governance in delivering its mission and vision while aligning resources with Department strategic objectives.
• Project Oversight: Manage multiple deployment projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines while addressing and resolving deployment challenges.
• People Management: Set key performance indicators for audit teams, model desired behaviors, and cultivate an environment conducive to staff growth and adherence to core values.
• Deliverables Management: Monitor and report on the execution of the audit plan, making necessary adjustments to address emerging risks and concerns.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a team of field deployment specialists, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for deployment activities, developing relationships with clients, vendors, and partners, and managing contracts with service providers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in field deployment, operations, or project management, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale deployment projects across multiple locations.
• Experience in industries such as telecommunications, technology, logistics, or construction.
