Sr. Manager/Technology Delivery Management - Consumer

The Sr. Manager of Technology Delivery Management will be responsible for managing consumer marketing requirements within Product-Life-Cycle (PLC) and non-PLC demands. This role involves analyzing marketing requirements for mobile, fixed, devices, and digital consumer products and orchestrating necessary alignment with cross-functional teams involved in technology planning and different development sections. The position includes overseeing the total delivery of projects, managing Customer Contact Center demands related to technology within the non-PLC cycle, and ensuring effective collaboration among various teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage demands from the consumer marketing department for mobile, fixed, devices, and digital products, ensuring alignment with the E2E solution team.
• Validate demands and effectively shape requirements in collaboration with the demand originators.
• Prioritize demands in coordination with the E2E solution and marketing product development teams.
• Collaborate with the Demand Management and Planning teams to conclude project plans.
• Support marketing projects, ensuring a clear vision of revenue opportunities.
• Align the technology roadmap and support marketing on business opportunities.
• Manage Prove-of-Concepts (POCs) and facilitate collaboration between technology and marketing teams to commercialize new technologies.
• Participate in frequent meetings with marketing teams and provide updates to upper management.
• Identify project risks and initiate corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
• Lead a motivated team, ensuring high performance and achievement of organizational goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with mobile device partners, ensuring technology roadmap alignment and new technology enablement.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. in Engineering with experience in mobile and fixed technologies, project management, time management, agile methodology, and design thinking.
