Sr. Network Engineer

As a Sr. Network Engineer at DXC Technology, you will provide expert technical support in network infrastructure services, addressing complex issues and inquiries. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the implementation of network infrastructure projects and initiatives.
• Continuously monitoring and troubleshooting infrastructure systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborating with the team to enhance infrastructure efficiency and resolve technical challenges.
• Participating in the development of infrastructure documentation, including incident reports and configuration details.
• Applying deep technical knowledge to tackle complex infrastructure-related problems.
• Following established best practices and standards in infrastructure service delivery.
• Utilizing critical thinking and technical skills to devise solutions for infrastructure issues.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically, 5+ years of relevant work experience in the industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
• Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis.
• Proficiencies in data analysis and problem-solving.
• A continuous learner, staying abreast of industry knowledge and technology.

Other Qualifications:

• An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Relevant certifications, such as Cisco CCNA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or CompTIA Security+, are advantageous.
