Sr. Oracle Cloud HCM
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Oracle Cloud HCM to join our multinational corporation. With a focus on enhancing our HR systems, the ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Time & Labor, Absence Management, and Payroll, among others. This role demands a minimum of 10 years and a maximum of 13 years of experience, with a significant emphasis on user experience and prototype.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system requirements, enhancing overall user experience and operational efficiency.
  • Design and develop custom solutions using OC HCM Tools-Fast Formula and Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) to meet specific business needs.
  • Ensure the security of Oracle Cloud HCM by implementing and maintaining robust security measures.
  • Lead the configuration and management of OC HCM Fun-Core HR and OC HCM - Approval Workflow to streamline HR processes.
  • Utilize Oracle Cloud HCM - OTBI/OBIEE for in-depth reporting and analytics, driving data-driven decision-making.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of all Oracle Cloud HCM modules, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to the project team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Stay abreast of the latest Oracle Cloud HCM developments and trends, continuously seeking opportunities for system enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience with Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Time & Labor, Absence Management, Payroll, and others.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing effective user experiences and prototyping solutions.
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle management principles and practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Commitment to staying current with Oracle Cloud HCM technologies and best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
