About the Role
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in aligning people strategies with business priorities, helping leaders navigate organizational needs while strengthening performance and long-term capability across the business. You will work in a management consulting organization formed through a joint venture, contributing your expertise to support complex, high-impact projects.

Responsibilities

• Advise managers on employee relations, performance, and workforce planning.
• Influence senior stakeholders and support organizational change initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on all people-related matters.
• Align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Support organizational design, workforce optimization, and change management.
• Provide HR insights and analytics to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR business partnering experience in complex organizations.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving organizational change.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
