About the Role
As part of the sales team, the primary role of this position is to maximize our on-shelf presence in all outlets served by the merchandiser. The merchandiser will conduct in-store sampling sessions and promotions when required, adhering to planograms for both on and off shelf displays. Any non-compliance with the agreed arrangements must be reported to the pre-seller immediately. Additionally, the merchandiser is responsible for supplying the pre-seller with the latest market information to take advantage of selling opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Call on specific OT outlets as per the daily journey plan provided by your supervisor.
• Merchandize SSFL products within OT stores at various access points such as shelf, stand, and floor display.
• Place POS material wherever applicable next to SSFL displays.
• Ensure all access points are merchandized according to approved planograms.
• Rotate product using FIFO method and remove sub-standard products.
• Maintain a clean and fresh stock of SSF products on the shelf at all times.
• Monitor and report competitive activities.
• Report any deviations from agreed terms with assigned OT customers/outlets.
• Report daily activities of the prior day to your supervisor.
• Participate in sampling/redemption campaigns when required.
• Maintain appropriate personal appearance and professional behavior in line with code of conduct.

Qualifications
