As a Senior Principal Architect, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting AI Grid Strategy by working on initiatives that help Service Providers optimize AI services.
- Designing low-latency networking architectures to enable AI services closer to end-users, while minimizing jitter and maximizing throughput.
- Articulating the advantages of specialized AI/ML networking and deploying technologies such as RDMA over Converged Ethernet and InfiniBand-to-Ethernet transitions.
- Engaging in end-to-end design and supporting technical solutions for Networking Infrastructure that meets the requirements of both front-end management and back-end AI clusters.
- Advising and providing technical support to sales engineers, partners, and customers.
- Collaborating with silicon providers and AI software innovators to address challenges related to multi-tenant environments.
- Sizing, designing, and configuring technical solutions using industry practices.
What You Need to Bring:
- Expertise in AI/ML Networking with a solid foundation in designing networks for AI clusters.
- Knowledge of Multi-access Edge Computing (MEC) and its role in AI inferencing.
- Advanced Network Design experience, especially in large-scale IP/MPLS and Datacenter environments.
- Familiarity with modern networking protocols and hands-on experience with various networking operating systems.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with technical decision-makers.
- Experience in creating RFP responses and technical documentation.
Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in technology or related field, or equivalent technical qualifications; an advanced degree is a plus.
- Preference for certifications such as JNCIP, CCNP, or equivalent, with JNCIE being a strong asset.
Additional Skills:
- Familiarity with programming (APIs, JSON, Python) is an asset.
