Your Impact:
- Strategically monitor and manage projects.
- Deliver software implementation projects on budget and on schedule, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Oversee all project management phases from initiation through delivery to closeout.
- Supervise contractors, consultants, and engineers assigned to projects.
- Ensure compliance with reporting, project administration, and documentation requirements.
- Develop and communicate relationships with clients.
- Ensure world-class delivery practices to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with teams from R&D, Support, Product Management, Sales, and other organizations.
- Implement changes and best practices to bring projects back on track when necessary.
What You'll Need:
- Minimum of three (3) years of project management leadership experience with IT initiatives and at least ten (10) years of total project management experience.
- Experience in the process industry (preferably oil & gas, petrochemicals, or related sectors) and managing multiple projects across various business functions and locations.
- Familiarity with international customers, particularly in the Middle East, Eastern Europe, and India.
- Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into project deliverables.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate status and issues effectively.
- Experience in creating detailed project plans, presentations, and accurate financial reports.
- Team building and management skills to unify diverse groups for business results.
- Leadership through influence without relying solely on formal hierarchy.
- Technical understanding for effective delivery of technology projects, including new systems implementations.
- Proficiency in key project management areas: scope, time, cost, quality, risk, and procurement.
- Customer-focused mindset aimed at ensuring satisfaction and establishing long-term relationships.
- Problem-solving skills to identify key issues and implement improvements.
- Industry-recognized Project Management certification is desirable.
- Experience with waterfall and agile project management methodologies is also a plus.
Language Requirements:
Strong communication skills, particularly in English, are essential.
