You will collaborate closely with various global teams to develop business cases, secure funding, and manage the product lifecycle from inception to operational state. Additionally, you will lead change management initiatives, provide product support, and ensure successful training and rollout of digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Govern digital portfolio and investment decisions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Prioritize projects and allocate funding to maximize value and return on investment.
- Manage the product lifecycle, including demand intake, development, and retirement.
- Implement effective change management strategies for digital transformations.
- Provide support and expertise to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and performance management.

Key Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in digital strategy, product management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of successful digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing and collaborating effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
- Experience managing complex projects and prioritizing tasks.
- Familiarity with industry-standard project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends.
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal); additional language skills are an asset.
