Responsibilities:
- Create visually rich, forward-thinking designs that elevate the company’s brand and set new benchmarks for excellence.
- Shape and evolve the company’s visual language, strengthening our design system and brand expression.
- Craft exceptional user experiences by collaborating with designers, product managers, and engineers.
- Influence stakeholders to uphold the highest standards of design quality and user experience.
- Own your work, taking accountability for design quality, outcomes, and measurable results.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends, using customer insights to refine and advance our design direction.
- Actively contribute to design reviews, seeking and offering constructive feedback to raise team-wide standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven experience in end-to-end product design, with a portfolio showcasing high-quality mobile app work.
- Strong UX and visual design skills, with the ability to deliver thoughtful, user-centered solutions.
- Advanced knowledge of prototyping tools and techniques for clear communication of ideas.
- Comfortable taking ownership of high-impact features and collaborating closely with peers and cross-functional partners.
- Open-minded, collaborative, and eager to learn from feedback to iterate on designs.
- Data-informed approach to design decisions, balancing user insights, business needs, and technical feasibility.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and align with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with human-centered design principles and methods to improve outcomes.
- Ability to present and defend design decisions confidently to both design peers and non-design audiences.
- Experience in designing trading products is a plus.
Work Conditions:
- Remote, full-time position.
- The company operates as a fully remote entity with team members from over 70 countries speaking more than 50 languages.
Language Requirements:
