The company Now team is seeking a passionate, analytically strong, and innovative leader to define customer-facing products for Quick Commerce in MENAT. We are looking for an experienced, customer-obsessed Senior Product Manager to own Search, Discovery, and Personalization CX for A-Now. This role requires high ownership and the ability to make swift data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate closely with Tech, Business, and Program Managers within the Quick Commerce team in the company MENA to shape product vision and drive significant customer and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product roadmap for search, discovery, and personalization CX for A-Now.
- Track relevant CX and business metrics, identify gaps, diagnose root causes, and drive improvements with urgency.
- Identify CX gaps, deeply understand customer behavior, and define the right customer experience to address them.
- Take UX decisions independently and drive visual and interaction changes without waiting for a UX designer.
- Leverage AI to accelerate launches, design CX faster, and improve decision quality, with hands-on experience in building and shipping AI-driven features.
- Design, launch, and analyze experiments using the company's experimentation framework; experiment fast when necessary.
- Write clear PRFAQs, product requirements, and business cases; influence engineering, science, and business stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment quickly.
- Benchmark against regional SICs and global QC players to identify capability gaps and set a higher bar.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and communicate clearly, influencing cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company, or the ability to complete complex tasks quickly with minimal guidance while reacting with appropriate urgency as needed.
- Experience developing, deploying, and managing AI products at scale.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working across functional teams and with senior stakeholders.
- Master's degree or equivalent.
