The company Now team is seeking a passionate, analytically strong, and innovative leader to help define customer-facing products for Quick Commerce in MENAT. This role is ideal for an experienced, customer-obsessed product leader to join the Product team within Quick Commerce in the company MENA. The Senior Product Manager will own Search, Discovery, and Personalization CX for A-Now, a high-ownership, fast-paced role designed for someone who moves quickly, makes data-driven decisions, and ships products.

You will define the product vision and roadmap for search relevance, ranking, search customer satisfaction, and discovery. Leveraging AI, you will enhance the speed of decision-making, design and run experiments, and directly drive customer and business outcomes. This position requires the ability to drive consensus quickly and efficiently.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product roadmap for search, discovery, and personalization CX for A-Now.
- Track relevant CX and business metrics, identify gaps, diagnose root causes, and drive improvements with urgency.
- Identify CX gaps, deeply understand customer behavior, and define the right customer experience to address them.
- Make UX decisions independently and drive visual and interaction changes without the need to wait for a UX designer.
- Leverage AI to accelerate product launches, design CX faster, and improve decision quality while bringing hands-on experience in building and shipping AI-driven features.
- Design, launch, and analyze experiments using the company's experimentation framework; experiment rapidly when necessary.
- Write clear PRFAQs, product requirements, and business cases; influence engineering, science, and business stakeholders, and drive cross-functional alignment swiftly.
- Benchmark against regional SICs and global QC players to identify capability gaps and continuously set a higher bar.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Proven experience as a strong leader who can prioritize effectively, communicate clearly, and influence across cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company, or capability to complete complex tasks quickly with minimal guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations requiring a swift turnaround.
- Experience in developing, deploying, and managing AI products at scale.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working collaboratively across functional teams and with senior stakeholders.
- Master’s degree or equivalent.
