This position is part of a crucial team working to improve a high-impact product within our consumer experience. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team including Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Product Analytics, to understand and enhance our offerings significantly. This role requires you to build strong relationships within your team and be driven to gain in-depth knowledge of the product, including the target customers (both users and vendors), local contexts, business value, risks, opportunities, and technical challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Champion customer development and data analysis to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Work with design and research teams to uncover opportunities and unmet user needs.
  • Rapidly ideate, prototype, and iterate solutions with the team.
  • Build and roll out new products for customers.
  • Lead the prioritization of opportunities and solutions based on company KPIs.
  • Be a problem-solver, unblocking the team to deliver quality solutions quickly.
  • Measure the success of launched products and invest in their continuous improvement using your strong experience with experimentation setup and analysis.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deepen your knowledge and enhance product effectiveness.
  • Align your team’s work with the overall end-to-end consumer experience and lifecycle by working closely with other Consumer teams.
  • Own communication with stakeholders, ensuring comprehensive collaboration across global teams.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders from commercial and strategy teams to design and launch go-to-market strategies.
  • Drive the roadmap for payment processing, intelligent routing, and integrations with major networks, gateways, and alternative payment methods.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to optimize transaction authorization rates while maintaining strong fraud prevention with KYC/KYB and AML controls.
  • Design and enhance seamless and trustworthy checkout experiences while ensuring PCI-DSS compliance.
  • Drive future payment strategies as a scalable engine, developing comprehensive collection strategies that support all product lines.
